Frequently Asked Questions

I’m new, where do I start & how do I book?

Welcome to Hazel & Co, we are so happy you are here.

Whether you are totally new to Pilates or a regular enthusiast, all of our group classes are open level so you can move in a way that feels good for you, with layered options to dial your practice up or down at any given moment.

Group reformer classes can be purchased and booked either online here or directly on the Momence app.

For 1:1 private, group private and corporate class enquiries, or to have a chat about getting started on your Pilates and wellness journey at Hazel & Co, get in touch here and Jade will connect with you as soon as she can.

The Hazel & Co home studio is located in Bunyip, Victoria. Address details will be sent to you via SMS once your booking has been completed.

What if the class I want to book into is full?

If the class you want to book is currently full, you have the option to join the waitlist.

If a spot opens up, you will automatically be added to the class and receive an email letting you know. The waitlist closes 5 hours before the class starts to ensure you have ample notice.

If you know you can no longer attend the class you are waitlisted for, please remove yourself from the waitlist. This allows others on the waitlist a chance to get a place in class and is also important for avoiding any late cancellation fees.

The standard cancellation policy also applies for waitlisted classes. Hazel & Co has a 12 hour cancellation and reschedule policy for group reformer classes.

What do I bring to class?
